How can I restore a hard drive that was partitioned back to being one, is it even possible?

Because I kinda screwed it up with a failed attempt at installing and configuring Ubuntu, I now have unallocated space that I want to be with the other drive. Is there a way I can put it back? I originally had two C and D, so can I replace it back with D?

How can I clean my hard drive without reformatting and erasing everything?

I recently purchased a used computer. The person who gave it to me did not clean his hard drive very well. It has some things on it that I do not want and yet some other items that would be of use. (not personal info). Is there any free tools that will clean the harddrive and romove certain items yet keep others?

How do i format my primary drive with windows on it?

I have only 1 hard drive and it is the primary drive. I need to find a way to format it. Does anyone know how to format a primary drive.

P.S. Windows wont let me format because it is my only drive and has windows on it.
I wanted to format my drive because it is corrupted.

What is the best internal hard drive available?

How can I reformat a hard drive thats not even being recognized by the computer?

I have a drive from a computer that crashed, and I need to put it in another computer to get the data off. But ut isn’t being recognized, maybe because it has an installation of windows on it, I don’t know. But if I can reformat it, and get it recognized, I know how to restore the files. So how can I reformat it?
