I’ve always struggled losing weight and have been trying to lose it slowly. About how many calories should I be eating each day:

-male, 22 years
- 280lbs
-6ft
-jog 30 mins few days a week

my dad works at texas but our family lives in virginia
my third sister lives in a dorm at NEw York
but our family gathered for christmas

but heres a thing
my dad caught diarrhea for some reason
my mother believes that it is because he was eating all those good stuff after weeks of crap junkfood
because not only my dad had it but also did my 3rd sister
the two people who’s been away

butthen a few days later my first sister also started pooping liquid and a day after so did i.
and now its been a week my butthole is bleeding because i have to **** like at least 5 times a day
and my upper-stomach hurts as if its filled with liquid(or maybe something else)

but i **** regularly, although theyre more of a liquid.

any suggestions? i havent been to a doctor yet…

and i cannot rest because i need to prepare for school 2morow..dont want to miss scjhool

also, pls dont tell me “i dont know shit, but your body > school” crap…i know
by the way…my mother is fine

Okay, for a few days of my Christmas vacation, me and my mom are either going to go to New York or LA. (We live in Chicago) I want to go to NY because it will be beautiful around Christmas time. But the thing is that we will fly there, but we will have to stay with my mom’s friend. I really don’t want to stay with my mom’s friend, and I want to stay in a hotel because I like staying in a Hotel during vacations where I fly, because if feels more like a vacation. I don’t go on a whole lot of vacations. I want to go to LA because it may be a little bit warmer, but it won’t feel as happy and all like a Holiday season. But we probably will stay in a hotel. What should I do?

He has been unwell for a few days now,and is barely drinking,and not eating at all.
I’d like to get some nutrition into him,even if it’s just a small amount.
He won’t drink milk so I have been giving him a calcium enriched orange juice but any ideas would be appreciated.
